Taco Rice bowls are not easy to find in Kobe, much less Vegan. So I was happy to stumble across this cool, spacious cafe in Motomachi, Kobe.

Ron Herman cafe is a Los Angeles-based clothing/cafe with locations all through out Japan. Although it’s not a vegan cafe it does have a few vegan options on the menu. The vegetables were super fresh and the ambiance is the main draw for a relaxing cafe time. With so much space, it’s possible to social-distance and safety measures are seen to be taken throughout the cafe. Was this vegan taco bowl a hit or miss? Let me know in the comments!
