I recommend every so often watching the sun set.

My perspective of time and stillness realign. Allowing myself to stay still while watching the sun descend, makes me realize in fact it is me, on the earth, moving, descending, rotating, a small fragment of the daily revolution upon its own axis.

A necessary reminder that life is in constant motion whether I am conscious of it or not.
